Demo data
Each patch is listed once, under the first state that applies
Cleared, recheck overdue Rows show: Recheck overdue
The last visit recorded a full clearance more than 365 days ago. Clearance only counts once a later visit confirms it held.
Past review interval Rows show: Past the ceiling
The last visit did not record a full clearance, and it was more than 1,095 days ago.
Never visited Rows show: Never visited
Mapped, with no visit recorded. The records set no date for a first visit.

A cleared patch past the 1,095-day ceiling still reads as a recheck: the clearance is the question the next visit has to answer.

What the columns mean
Why
The state that puts the patch on the list. Choose it for the dates behind it.
Patch
The public patch alias. Choose it to open the record beside the list.
Plant
The plant on the patch record, over its record type: a mapped patch has a boundary, a point record one position.
Last contact
Days since the latest visit, or since mapping for a patch with no visit. The list opens in state order, longest wait first; a column heading re-sorts it.
Recorded size
The mapped area in hectares. A point record carries no area.
Field area
The public label of the field area that holds the patch.
Last method In the record and the file
The treatment recorded at the latest visit, decoded by its source form and visit date.
Nearest mapped road In the record and the file, metres only
Whole metres from the patch's recorded center to the nearest mapped road or trail. The road's name shows on screen only.
Mapped In the record and the file
The date the patch was mapped.
Visits In the record and the file
Dated visits on the patch record.

68 were recorded fully cleared at their last visit, more than 365 days ago.

  2. Past review interval

  3. Never visited

102 have no visit recorded since they were mapped.

By record layer

Count Mapped patches Point records
Patches in the register 331 189
On the candidate list 155 91
Cleared, recheck overdue 43 25
Past review interval 53 23
Never visited 59 43
Median days since the last visit 360 361
Mapped area 217.2 ha No area recorded

The two record layers are read separately: a point record has no measured area, and the layers answer different field questions. They are never pooled.
