- The plant on the patch record, over its scientific name.
- Record type
- A mapped patch has a boundary; a point record has one recorded position.
- Last contact
- Days since the latest dated visit, or since mapping for a patch with no visit. The list opens with the most recent contact first; a column heading re-sorts it.
- Visits
- Dated visits on the patch record.
- State
- Where the patch stands against the return clocks: never visited, recheck overdue, past the ceiling, cleared recently or on schedule.
- Field area In the record and the file
- The public label of the field area that holds the patch.
- Mapped In the record and the file
- The date the patch was mapped.
- Recorded size In the record and the file
- The mapped area in hectares. A point record carries no area.
- Last method In the record and the file
- The treatment recorded at the latest visit, decoded by its source form and visit date.
- Nearest mapped road In the record and the file, meters only
- Whole meters from the recorded center to the nearest mapped road or trail. No road is named on this route or in any file.
